There are multiple ways for you to get your cases to us:

1. Use any form of shipping that you already have in place and ship to: Studio32 950 Metzger Dr. Hiawatha, IA 52233
2. UPS delivery service: Use UPS label provided. Simply place the UPS ground sticker on the box and have your UPS driver pick up package, drop at a UPS drop box, or call 1-800-PICK-UPS. There will be a charge added to your invoice per label used (please call our office for this pricing)
3. Spee-dee Delivery Service: If this service is available in your area, simply place the spee-dee label on the package and call our lab to notify you will have a pick up. There will be a charge added to your invoice per label used (please call our office for this pricing)
