Veneers

In dentistry, a veneer is a thin layer of material placed over a tooth, either to improve the aesthetics of a tooth or to protect damage to a tooth surface. There are a variety of veneers along with a variety of ways to prepare a tooth for a veneer. Aesthetic veneers are more minimally invasive or in some cases can be placed over a tooth with no preparation. Studio32 would fabricate this type of veneer in a Feldspathic method. Emax is also a veneer material used at Studio32 with a wide range of ingot color to obtain any shade, and in most cases to utilize the natural tooth color of the prepared tooth to help with the shading. Emax veneers have a substructure that is pressed, with layered veneering porcelain to obtain the translucency and aesthetics.
